SIT held its first workshop about the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language

On May 20,2010 SIT held its first workshop about the teaching and curriculum of teaching foreigner Chinese language, Sinology and culture experience courses. Vice president, Ye Yinzhong attended the meeting and delivered a speech on the planning of International Center on CaoBao Road Campus and curriculum designing for the education of international students, in learning Chinese, Sinology and other Issues. Ye Yinzhong put forward specific requirements. People from International Office, School of Humanities and Ideological, School of Art and Design, School of Perfume and Aroma Technology and others relevant took part in the seminar.

Director of International briefed the meeting on how to carry out the Chinese language Teaching and Chinese Classics. The workshop also focused on how to create a brand for SIT International Education by taking advantage of the features of SIT disciplines; how to develop lessons to attract students. management and teaching ideas, teaching methods about Chinese language teaching, Chinese Classics, special courses, and the range of core curriculum courses and expanded courses and among others were also discussed.
