Application Notice for the "Shanghai Government Scholarship for International Students" at Shanghai Institute of Technology (SIT) in 2026

申请资格 Application Qualifications

非中国籍公民，身心健康。

Non-Chinese citizens, in good physical and mental health.

学历和年龄要求：申请就读本科者，须高中毕业，年龄一般不超过25岁；申请攻读硕士学位者，须已获得学士学位，年龄一般不超过35岁；申请攻读博士学位者，须已获得硕士学位，年龄一般不超过40周岁。

Educational and age requirements: Applicants for undergraduate programs shall be high school graduates under the age of 25, while postgraduate applicants shall be Bachelor’s Degee holders under the age of 35 and Master’s Degree holders under the age of 40 for master’s and doctorate programs respectively.

未同时获得其他各类中国政府奖学金。

Not simultaneously holding any other type of Chinese Government Scholarship.

奖学金内容和标准Scholarship Contents and Standards

上海应用技术大学“上海市外国留学生政府奖学金”（以下简称“奖学金”），分为A类奖学金和B类奖学金：A类资助内容包括学费、住宿费、生活费、综合医疗保险费；B类资助内容包括学费、综合医疗保险费。

The "Shanghai Government Scholarship for International Students" of Shanghai Institute of Technology (hereinafter referred to as "the Scholarship") is divided into Type A and Type B. Type A  covers tuition fees, accommodation fees, living expenses, and comprehensive medical insurance fees. Type B covers tuition fees and comprehensive medical insurance fees.

新生一般只提供B类奖学金。本科生的汉语水平应达到新HSK（四级）180分及以上或同等水平，研究生的汉语水平应达到新HSK（五级）180分及以上或本科专业为汉语授课专业。

For freshmen, we offer only Shanghai Government Scholarship (SGS) for International Students (Type B). Chinese Language requirements: For undergraduates, HSK 4 （180 points）or above, or an equivalent level.; For postgraduates, HSK 5 （180 points）or above, or your undergraduate program was taught in Chinese.

申请流程Application Procedure

第一步：登录https://sit.at0086.cn/student下载和打印《上海市外国留学生政府奖学金申请表》，填写并签名；

Step 1: Log in to https://sit.at0086.cn/student to download and print the "Shanghai Government Scholarship Application Form for International Students", fill it out and sign it.

第二步：登录https://sit.at0086.cn/student，选择“个人自费”通道，请务必在奖学金版块勾选“上海市政府奖学金B类”并上传《上海市外国留学生政府奖学金申请表》，完成网上申请。

Step 2: Log in to https://sit.at0086.cn/student, select the "Self-Financed" channel. Please make sure to check "Shanghai Government Scholarship Type B" in the scholarship section and upload the "Shanghai Government Scholarship Application Form for International Students" to complete the online application.

其他注意事项Other Matters to Note

奖学金获得者Scholarship Recipients

须按照学校规定的时间办理报到、注册手续。未经批准而逾期不报到者，按自动放弃学籍处理，所获得的奖学金资格亦自动取消；

Must complete the registration and enrollment procedures within the time stipulated by SIT. Those who fail to report on time without approval will be treated as having automatically forfeited their student status, and their scholarship qualification will also be automatically cancelled.

须按规定参加奖学金年度评审。评审不合格者，将被中止或取消奖学金资格；

Must participate in the annual scholarship review as required. Those who fail the review will have their scholarship qualification suspended or cancelled.

原则上不得变更学习专业及学习期限。

Shall not be allowed to change their major or study period, in principle.
